No, no news media. I have known them be at a couple of things I've been to but at 95%+ they never turn up. I don't think they've even been to an anti-Covid jab/lockdown protest that I've attended. AFAIK no one else really covers these Birmingham events though there could always be someone out there I don't know about, I try to do a lot of protest coverage even ones I don't fully agree with.
